Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data are the partners of the civil-law partnership Technologie i Systemy Informatyczne s.c., Żydowo, ul. Rostworowska 2, 62-090 Rokietnica, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 781-16-79-093 (“TSI”). For data protection matters, please contact us at kontakt@tsi.com.pl, by phone at +48 61 646 00 14 or by post at our registered office.

2. Contact form and correspondence

We process the data provided in the contact form or in an email (full name, email address, company or institution name, message) to answer your enquiry and continue the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the enquiry concerns entering into a contract, taking steps at your request prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing the data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we will not be able to reply. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the correspondence, and then until any potential claims become time-barred.

3. Recipients of the data

The data may be entrusted only to entities providing technical services to us – hosting, server maintenance and email – under data processing agreements. We do not sell the data or share it for marketing purposes.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland). We do not make automated decisions or profile people who contact us.

5. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies needed for it to work (no consent required) and – only with your consent – analytics cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (some features of the website may then not work).

Essential cookies:

  • JSESSIONID – session identifier, deleted when you close the browser;
  • COOKIE_SUPPORT – checks whether the browser supports cookies (1 year);
  • GUEST_LANGUAGE_ID – remembers the selected language version (1 year);
  • tsi_cookie_consent – remembers your cookie choice (stored in your browser).

Analytics cookies (optional, set only after you give consent):

  • Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) – anonymous statistics on visits and how the site is used; provider: Google Ireland Limited.

The legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give or decline consent in the cookie notice and we store your choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

6. Third-party services

The website displays a map from OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation) and uses Google Fonts typefaces (Google). When the page is displayed, your browser connects to these providers’ servers and sends them, among other things, your IP address. How these providers process data is described in their privacy policies.
